Aquatic Physical Therapy
If you have tried traditional land based exercises and found the experience too painful, aquatic therapy can be a game-changer! For many, the pain and discomfort experienced during land based exercise can be discouraging and creates a viscous cycle of inactivity, progression of weakness's, more pain and further discomfort when trying to address it. Often a combination of manual work and limited land based exercises coupled with aquatic exercises allows you to build strength and mobility in a low impact environment. This will allow you to perform movements that are too painful on land and build yourself up to be more tolerant of traditional exercises. For many, this can alter the trajectory of their care and give them the boost they need to get back on track with their health and fitness.
